I'm praying this is a giant misunderstanding but to clear the air this isn't to be misconstrued as a joke.

Rion has been missing since Saturday afternoon according to his family and friends.

If anyone has any info please contact myself 647-209-6932 or any exec member as soon as possible.

Does anyone know who he was last seen with? Or if he said he was going to a place?

Last time anyone from WMFL saw Rion was around 1-130 PM on Saturday on the hill. We were drinking a beer and said our goodbyes just before he left. He said he was going to get going. No specifics. After that I'm unsure.

He was last seen Sunday at 1:30am. Apparently he was home til 8am Sunday and has been missing since.

Hope this works…the latest post from his sister that Dylan found for his Grey teammates.

I almost feel indecent posting anything on this trash talk site not Rion related, because I’ve been coming back here a few times a day hoping for good news on that front (as it sounds like a bunch of us have been). Still hoping this is just some weird misunderstanding, and he shows up ready to ball Saturday morning.

But for anyone interested, my buddy who is the in-stadium PA announcer has group seats for $25 each in the south end zone for the Argos Eastern Conference Finals game against Montreal this Sunday at 1. There’s a pretty decent tailgate that happens south of the stadium as well. Might be cool to have some WMFLers show up.

If anyone wants tickets, let me know, and I’ll have him set them aside for ya.

Condolences to the family.

Obviously I am not posting game reviews or predictions at this time, I feel as though that would have been inappropriate and even more so after this news. There are more important things to be thinking about. Thoughts and prayers to go to Rion and his family. He was a new player to the league in his second year, but he already made a big impact on so many in this league with his positivity, kind soul, and as an excellent person and player in our league. I can only imagine how special he was off the field. Condolences to his family and loved ones.

Absolutely devastated to hear the news, it certainly isn’t what we all were hoping for. Rion was a guy who looked like he had everything going for him, and was going to be a force in this league and in life for decades to come. It’s a tragedy when anyone that young passes, but especially for those who were in his day to day sphere. That it could go from having a couple beers and swapping stories on the hill on a gorgeous fall Saturday to this so quickly is unfathomable.

Rest in Power, King.

In a very short period of time Rion made a lot of friends in the WMFL. He will be missed.

Absolutely heartbroken for his family and friends.
